SHIPPING & RETURNS
We want to make sure you receive the items that you want, when you want them, in a way that is most convenient for you. However, to help us minimize the negative impact on the environment and not incur unnecessary costs, please note the following policies:
You will receive your online purchase from Natureal through Canada Post, free of charge -- if it's to an address in Canada. We'll send your purchase within 24 hours (or longer if it's a holiday or the store is closed) of your order; it will arrive within one to two weeks. We'll confirm your order by email, which will include a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your shipping address is outside of Canada, we will contact you to inform you of the cost, which will be additional, prior to shipping.
If you want to receive your items sooner than the Canada Post delivery, contact us. For an additional charge we will send it by courier. Or, we are happy to hold your purchase until you can make it in to pick it up.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return items purchased in the store or online from Natureal within 14 days for an exchange or store credit, equal to the value of the item being returned. To be eligible, the returned item must be in the same condition that you received it and still have the store tags/labels attached. The 14 day time limit applies to the return of the item; if you do not make an immediate exchange, you will receive a store credit which you have an unlimited time to use. To initiate a return, within the 14 day period of purchase or receiving the shipment, call or email us (information below) or simply bring it in.
If for some reason the item is defective when you receive it, please notify Natureal immediately. We will resolve it to your satisfaction whether that be to replace the item or issue you a full refund.
Sale items are final and not subject to returns, exchanges or store credits.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping items you return to Natureal. Once Natureal receives the returned item and inspects it for damage, we will contact you to issue you the store credit or exchange. Please note that this return shipping cost is not part of the store credit/exchange value and is not refundable, except if it is to return a defective item.
Call or email us if you have any questions about the products or purchasing, receiving, returning and exchanging them. Sometimes there are exceptions to situations, and if that's the case we will work with you to address any issues to you can enjoy your Natureal purchases.
